Management contract

When necessary, we take over the administration of hospitals and other institutions, either for a short term or permanently. In this case, we provide a suitable manager who will be in charge of the day-to-day business.

In difficult situations, we are also able to provide crisis management or an interim management.

Moreover, the businesses and the manager we supply can make use of our specialists form various departments (see menu item ‘management support), thereby enabling fast decisions for setting the new strategic direction of the business.

Following a detailed analysis we work out a list of necessary changes and sanctions, which the manager we provided puts into action after consulting the responsible organisation.
